We went to see a concert in Montreal that was getting out late. I called the hotel in the afternoon to let them know we would be arriving late. The owner was there waiting for me at 12:30 am to check me in.

"convenient location to border and clean room"

the room had a sink and little kitchen area outside the bathroom, the lady running it was nice and friendly

air freshener and smell when we first entered. Don't recommend these as many people react to them, which I do. If the place is clean, then air fresheners aren't needed. Mattress was too hard and uncomfortable, my back hurt the next day. Maybe a softer topper would help.
