Yes Pico

Wonderful and fully equipped apartments with sea view: a dream location! Fátima, friendly and very organized, welcomed us making us find breakfast for the next day on the table! The location of the apartments is excellent for visiting Pico and very close to the airport. During our stay we also found a small cat who welcomed us outside the houses. To say goodbye to it we have left near the barbecue (a very equipped area for grill lovers) a bag of cat croquettes for new guests.

The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. It was supplied with everything we needed, and there was a great outdoor space with views of the ocean and Mt. Pico. The host was very kind also and communicative. Good place to come back to after long days exploring the area.

Nothing really. The location is definitely best if you have a car, don’t expect restaurants/shops within walking distance. However, we just used taxis for our few days there and it worked mostly fine.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location to go exploring all areas of the island. Easy drive to Madalena or Roque for restaurant options.

The host is amazing!

The owner was amazing. She couldn't have been better. She was very quick to check us in. She respected the fact that we were on holidays and wanted to get to exploring as soon as possible. She gave us some great tips of where to go. The house is lovely and very well kept, with everything, and more, than we needed.. It was spotless clean. And, despite being just off the main road, everything was quiet. The shower had good power and ample supply of hot water. The beds were some of the best that I've ever slept on. I'm an extremely bad sleeper, but here I slept like a baby.. i didn't wake up once during the night. Everything was extremely comfortable.

If you have a car, reversing out if the property can be quite dodgey as it's in a corner of the main road. The only other negative that I can think of was that the pillows for the bed are very small. It'd be nicer to have longer pillows as they basically just fit your head and don't account for turning in the night.
