Bom dia. Sei que não é culpa de vocês. Porém solicitei a reserva para Praia Grande e fizeram minha reserva para Guaratuba/PR. Foi um constrangimento, fiquei sem lugar para ficar. E não consigo resolver essa situação. .

Apenas elogio o atendimento de todos os funcionários, que foram muito atenciosos e solícitos.

A estrutura é muito velha, os quartos são extremamente pequenos. Nós estávamos em 3 pessoas, meu marido, eu e meu filho e as camas ficaram todas grudadas uma nas outras. Frigobar velho e enferrujado, armário velho, com portas que não fechavam direito. Sem contar o preço abusivo que foi cobrado, em razão do evento que estava tendo na cidade. Entendo que muito do preço é em decorrência da oferta e da procura, mas pagar 1.290,00 por um hotel que ofereceu tão pouco, foi realmente algo surreal.
