AUUnit was small but adequate, and well equipped. Reasonably clean, but could have been better. Comfortable bed in main bedroom, but rather small. Shower in main bathroom good.
Ensuite was impractical - restricted space. Could not use it. Would not like to be sharing with another couple - may have been OK for family with 2 children. Entrance and exit to carpark were very dangerous from busy street. Had to go outside and round the block to get from Reception carpark to undercover carpark, which was far too small to manouevre and park mid-size car. Not acceptable, and wonder how it was approved. Key entrance and exit needs to be changed to electronic keys. Tripping hazard - large step between balcony and unit. Fishing from pontoon was almost impossible - too many people with too many rods, crab pots and bait nets. Take the Australian flag down - it is too tattered to be used!!

AUAbsolutely loved the apartment, very clean with a generous supply of bathroom, kitchen and laundry supplies. Fantastic view of the Maroochydore river. Great location and very quiet.

It’s an older style apartment building and apartment, but it ticks all the boxes. No airconditioning.
AULoved the apartment, very comfortable and had everything we needed. So handy to have a washing machine and dishwasher, great for a family stay. Amazing views, great location and the kids loved the pool. Good value for money, when compared to other accommodation in the area.
We had a couple of days when the spa temperature was overheating, however this was rectified.
