Northpoint Apartment 5 - Bring your own linen.

The location was excellent and an easy walk to restaurants, beach and surf club, but also super quiet. The view was beautiful view, the deck was huge and 2 bedrooms were a huge bonus. The property also had free, off street parking.

As we were having a much needed mini getaway, it was both inconvenient and extra work to have to take our own linen, pillows, quilts, towels, bathmat, hand towels, tea towels etc. The layout of the apartment was great, but it was a bit shabby. A paint touch up, bin the 20 year old Nana cushions which were on the lounge, and replace the worst-for-wear blockout curtains in the 2nd bedroom (which were difficult to open/close because the twin beds were pushed up against them) with a roller blind and this apartment would be almost perfect. The thick layer of dust on the skirting boards inside wardrobes etc needs to be removed too.
