Villa Inn Motel

Actual room was nice, quiet and comfortable. Desk for working. Good location.

Zero property amenities. Front desk, hallways and stairs were all messy and in disrepair. Very slow internet. People hanging out smoking at entrance.

Good customer service,very nice and friendly workers.

Parking lot was being redone,no lines painted to distinguish areas,and was a free for all,,and with large parties being held In building adjacent to motel made it really difficult to park when we returned to our rooms for the night. Loud talking outside our room windows facing parking lot. A couple hundred people until 200 am driving and hanging out in this little parking lot lined with over 100 cars from the party. Felt like they needed crowd control. I don't blame motel except for the parking issue. But should be addressed for future guests.
