Velero MissTick,Gibsea 47'2

Es war schon etwas Besonderes auf Maria's Segelboot in der Marina von Puerto Calero zu übernachten, welches schon mehrfach den Atlantik überquert hat. Meine Freundin und ich wussten dies zu schätzen, auch den sehr netten Kontakt zu Maria, wir genossen die Zeit und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Es war ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für einen fantastischen Lanzarote-Aufenthalt. Natürlich muss man ein paar Abstriche am Komfort machen, vor allem platztechnisch. Auf den 2 Toiletten + Duschkabinen ist es schon recht beengt. So, wie es eben auf einem Segelboot oder auch einem Wohnmobil ist. Aber es hat seine eigene Gemütlichkeit, und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Matratzen der Kajüten waren weich und so konnten wir uns manche Nacht leicht in den Schlaf schaukeln lassen. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, den PIN-Code des verfügbaren Marina-WIFI zu erhalten, so aber habe ich das W-LAN vom ebenfalls netten Bootsnachbarn mit nutzen können. Ich weiß nicht, vielleicht war es nur ein Verständigungsproblem und ich hätte noch einmal direkter nachfragen sollen. Das war dann eventuell meiner Sprachbarriere geschuldet. ;-)

completely self sustainable, safe a cozy. zeverybidy writes about showers in the marina but the one on board is perfrctly fine too, just takes a bit of gettijg used to. The boat is the love of the owner's life and it feels like it in every way!

Maria is a wonderful host. MissTick is a perfect base from which to explore the Island and a private and quiet bolt hole should you want solitude and peace with everything you might need a short walk away

Si vas buscando una experiencia única, original, que nunca antes habías probado, anímate a alojarte en el MissTick. Es un velero de raza, decorado en madera que te hará sentir por momentos como un viejo o vieja loba de mar en su propio hábitat. No te faltará de nada y tienes a 50 m. restaurantes, super, tiendas y el mismo puerto como lugar de partida de algunas actividades. No me quiero olvidar de María, la patrona, una mujer de mar auténtica que por un suplemento os puede organizar una salida a navegar. Recomendadísimo.

Nos gustó mucho la embarcación, que es linda, limpia y cómoda. La dueña fue muy amable! Muchas gracias 🙏

La higiene mancava molt. Hi havia menjar caducat del 2017 als armaris, falta d’higiene a la zona de la cuina, plats bruts de menjar, matarates a una de les habitacions.

We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience of staying on the yacht. We are a family of 6. The marina is very pleasant with restaurants and cafes. We used the showers at the Marina everyday. We had hire cars which gave us the freedom to explore the beautiful island of Lanzarote, for us these were essential. In between exploring days we would purchase hotel day passes to have some relaxation. My children loved the marine life and would spend hours pretending to fish with fishing nets from the supermarket, around the marina. We were fortunate to have seen an extremely large Stingray and enjoyed seeing the red rock climbing Crabs. My 17 yo son, said he enjoyed the whole stay so much that he would like to return with his girlfriend next year. Thank you for a great stay.

It is difficult to self cater for 6, the cooker and gas hob needed a lighter or matches as the ignition did not work, this was fine however on the first morning we realised that the matches were damp and the oven lighter was out of fluid, so had to purchase. They are obviously very cheap to replace, but inconvenient when wanting a hot drink in the morning. The gas bottle ran out, the host did replace this and communicated. The fridge was ok. We stayed during a heat wave and realised that it was too hot to cook. We mainly ate out. There was a lot of the owner’s personal possessions, including tools, medication. These points wouldn’t however stop us from staying again.

Great accommodation for outdoor type of people who are into camping, caravaning, sailing or hiking. We were with 2kids: 7 and 9 and it was a cool experience for them. There is a posibility of the toilet and simple shower. However, we preferred using the public. We went for the half day sailing with the owner. She is a cheerful woman, keeping everyone safe on the boat. The harbour is quiet, close to the supermarket, restaurants.
