Nothing.

I had booked and paid in advance for four rooms at this accommodation, but when we arrived, they told us that the reservation did not exist and that they did not have any rooms available for us. However, they told me to request a free cancellation through Booking and that they would accept it so that I would not have to pay. How could it be that the reservation was not there but they offered to cancel at no cost?
