Location. The grounds were kept very nice and landscaped. Checking in was a bit weird because there are vehicles actually parked in front of the office, making it rather awkward to know if you were in the right place or not.

The noise! Thin walls and people in the room above noisy. The complimentary coffee was gross, I mean rot gut nasty. The mattress was ok, but the pillows too big. And you can see daylight around the door.
