Good location

Rooms, cleanliness, in hygenic . Room is having insects , lizard , frog etc.when asked to change room we got room with high price extra + existing room rent

Poha, poori sabzi with tea were the only options. Quality was below average

Booking was made for four persons with breakfast but all four were stuffed in one room with a single double bed. The wash room had a glass partition with no curtain, we had to stick newspaper on glass before using it. We were made to wait for an hour as the bed back was yet to be fixed on the wall. Not even water was provided within the package. No table, no tea,coffee kettle were provided. Pool was dirty and not maintained Staff were non professional. No dining area was there. Food was laid on a small table in open area when it was too cold.

NO PHONE IN THE ROOMS TO CALL RECEPTION.

They need to increase food menu...all items are not available.

Rooms could have been more better as per charges

The pool and food were tops. So also the staff.

More maintenance on floors and electricity supply. For food, an option may be given for less chilly in curries. Reading light facility close to the bed.
