ホテルの皆さんがとても親切で丁寧でした。 子どもが夜に鼻血を出し、ベッドシーツを少し汚してしまいましたが“気にしないで”と言っていただけ、追加料金等かからず助かりました。 お部屋やシャワー室、どこも綺麗で快適に過ごせました。 朝ごはんもブリオッシュ、ハム、チーズ等、一通り揃っていて美味しかったです。

特にありませんが、強いて言うならシャワーが固定なので洗うのが少し大変でした。 圧が強すぎて滝行のようでしたが、子どもは楽しんでいました！笑

早餐比较好，品种多。房间大，热水好。停车方便且免费。距圣莫里茨湖约三公里。房间干净整洁很安静。价格实惠，性价比高。下午4点入住，但是可以提前存放行李。

前台的一位男员工比较严肃。
