NO ELEVATOR. We are ages 78 and 66 years old. I booked the hotel through booking.com about 6 months earlier. I requested a ground floor because of our age and we have a handicap sticker. They gave us a second floor room. We had to carry two luggages up two flights of stairs. They said booking . com didn't relay the message. It was HORRIBLE dragging the luggage up the stairs. My partner has a bad hip and back. Also the breakfast was yogurt and muffins and toast. we didn't eat. The mattress was bad and lumpy also
