The private pool and main pool were amazing, cocktails were really good too - these were the main highlights for us. Location was great, walking distance to sunset point and a short scooter ride to lots of lovely areas. We hired scooters and had the kids on the back. Nusa Lembongan feels way more safer than Bali for renting scooters, as it's a lot quieter. That said, still be careful on the roads - I had a couple of near misses with drivers overtaking. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The aircon and fans were great and needed. Staff were very happy and friendly.

Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of the outside bathrooms. Most people are okay with this and it's pretty common in Indonesia, but there was animal poo scattered around the sink area and floors at times, plus I found it frustrating to use the outdoor toilet when we had heavy rain in the rainy season. I felt the front of the property wasn't very comfortable. I was hoping to be able to chill on the chairs on the veranda as a family to eat and drink, but we couldn't do this. There wasn't space for 4 of us to sit 'comfortably' to do this - which is personal preference, not so much a complaint. We paid by card on arrival. This meant we paid 3% card fees, as we didn't have enough cash. We also wasn't given the option to choose to pay in 'local' currency, as you often get asked to select local currency or accept the banks exchange rate when you use cards for payment. This meant that they accepted the exchange rate from their bank, which far exceeded any exchange rate that we would have got if we paid in local currency. These two things led to us paying £67 more than the original price on booking.com (10% higher). When I complained about this after we left and I had checked my bank statement against the original price, they agreed to refund the 3% card fee. Sadly I never received it. It's not a huge amount, but it is worth knowing that the amount you see on booking.com is not necessarily the price you'll end up paying (I suggest paying in advance to avoid this). All in all though, we did have a pleasant stay here and I would still recommend it as a good central place to stay, with great pools.

Staff were delightful and very accommodating, even arranging a birthday cake with less than a day's notice. Beds were super comfortable. Everything was really clean.

Nothing! My only comment is that in the off season, you do need to walk a little to get to beaches and action however this might be a bonus in peak season so to have some quiet time.

Loved the pool and the breakfast. Suri was an excellent and attentive host. He gave us a generous late checkout which was very much appreciated.

Staff are lovely and it's nice and quiet. We had a villa with our own pool.
