Amazing stay! I can't recommend the place enough ā€“Ā As a female solo traveler, I felt welcomed, safe and taken care of while still having my time and being able to completely disconnect. I did the one-day island tour with John, who's an awesome host always making sure the guests have everything they need. Great breakfast, breathtaking views (that pool!) and lovely cabins.

They offered to move me to a much nicer room at no additional cost for which I am super gratefulšŸ™

I originally booked a small bungalow however the steps were quite high & room felt a little dull. Partly due to myself feeling a little run down, & just felt off.

The location is 10/10 - away in the hills surrounded by birds and nature, this is what we loved the most. The facilities are basic but good, our bedroom was very spacious, clean and very quiet to rest at night. The view from the pool is insane. John and his team are so caring, lovely and professional, they try to make your stay very special. The breakfast is also a 10/10! Fresh juice, coffee and delicious eggs your way! Highly recommend this place for solo travellers and couples.

The rubbish situation on the island is something to be mindful of. At times it gets thrown into the bush, which isnā€™t ideal for the environment or for guests to see. We mentioned this to John when checking out, but I think itā€™s worth sharing here too. Depending on the season, they sometimes burn the rubbish, though it would be even better if it could be stored in a proper container or designated area instead.

Poh Manis was the most gorgeous and relaxing place to stay. The views over the property were incredible and the gardens were full of Frangipani. The infinity pool was sensational with views over the jungle and the harbour. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely return

Roads from the main road to the property could do with an upgrade but this looks like it is happening
