Location is the only quality of this property.

We paid for our appartment in advance. We arrived after the check-in time and our appartment was not ready. They provided a room to leave the baggage but we have to walk in the town and to wait one more hour and to ring by phone to check if our appartment is ready. There is no reception at all. We left to another hotel. No money refund! Absolute disappointment.

Central location

I have a Bulgarian teacher in Burgas. I read the company information and thought, "Sounds a nice friendly place. Maybe I can practice my Bulgarian more than in a hotel". More fool me. There is no reception, just a telephone number. When we arrived I asked in the downstairs shop for the key. When I couldn't follow the shop assistant's rapid Bulgarian, she just stopped trying to talk to us and showed us to the room without another word. The family didn't bother introducing themselves so we never met them. When we left I just left the key in the room door. To whom would I give it, the girl in the shop who refused to talk to us? I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and guest houses around the world over decades and I can honestly say this is the worst 'welcome' I've ever experienced. Also the "free public parking" in the description means a chance to compete for one of the free spaces on their road, but as the house is near the centre they almost all say "Platen abonnament" with a blue line or "Garage, ne parkirai" so we had to park some distance away.

There was no parking place, although it was announced there was. We had to park at the paid parking place nearby. Wifi was awful. Practically there wasn't. The furniture brought us back to the late 70's.
