"Manger was rude had roaches wouldn’t recommend"

Nothing. I booked what was advertised as a hotel, just to realize when my husband and I arrived that it was a motel in deplorable conditions. We could not stay in such an environment and we were told to contact Booking.com to be reimbursed.

Nothing! Absolutely nothing! This is a motel not a hotel, and it’s in deplorable condition.
