Location is fantastic and the communication beforehand also great.

The water from the shower went all over the floor and didn't drain away - even though the nozzle was pointed as far straight down as I could. didn't realise the room wouldn't be serviced daily.

Great location. Quiet, very clean unit (it was mid week though). Older place, but well refurbished, so looks light and modern. Great dark blinds. Great air con. Great off street parking. Great kitchenette.

No soap and only one body wash sachet. Had to use the dish wash! Everything else was perfect.
