Very clean and tidy excellent caravan would stay all the time

It was spacious had everything we needed

Wasn't advertised very well that you needed to pay to use the swimming pool and onside restaurant etc and it wasn't advertised well that it was a private caravan

I loved my caravan and the owner is lovely 🌹

The caravan park was really bad, the staff is not helpful at all, the facilities is broken, really bad holiday park.

The Caravan was really nice and spacious living area, nice to have separate bathroom in the larger room.

The owner is so rude, after we left sent a message saying we didn’t respect the booking we made for 3 adults and 1 child and accused us of having 10 adults. We did not, we had family pop in and out throughout the day who were staying in the their own caravans, even offered to send proof of their bookings. We come from a big family who has way more than 10 adults plus their kids, so please tell me how we would all fit in 1 caravan?! They then tried to accuse us of having parties again party where? Our family consists of 21 people why would we all crush ourselves into 1 tiny caravan when theres a clubhouse. I messaged the owner back asking them to clarify their facts before they accuse people, and still to this day have had no answer. We paid good money, i left that caravan how i would my own house clean tidy and exactly as i found it. Used the hoover and cleaning products to ensure they only had to strip the beds and wipe the bathroom down, even left behind some cleaning products and toiletries for them. To then get that message in the evening was incredibly insulting then on top of that to they demanded another £200, just seems like a way to try and scam money out of people. There was also a 24hr period we had no running water at all so had to go out and buy water to wash our hands with and flush the toilets, made the owners aware they just said their hoping it will be fixed soon. Running water is a basic need and to not offer compensation for that not even £5 back to buy some water but go and demand £200 for something that wasn’t true is disgraceful.
