The location

The beds were disgusting and full of sand, we didn’t get refills on toilet paper or shampoo or conditioner we only got the leftovers, walls are dirty looks like something splattered on them, the couch had a massive stain on the cushion, they give you a side but nothing too cook with, there wasn’t enough parking in the lot so I had to pay an extra $100 for 4 days of parking.

Location is what we came for and it’s what we got. Less then a block from the boardwalk and beach. Lots of places to eat and things to do for adults and kids on the boardwalk. The room itself was ok. Plenty of space and a full size fridge where the highlights. No coffee maker, microwave, or towels were provided—so plan accordingly. Also the room was not tidied up at all during our two night stay— so it was EXTREMELY sandy by our second day. One other helpful note to make us there is free parking for one vehicle.

Needed to ask for towels; only 2 when there were 4 of us. Not very up to date. No bedding for futon We were told we need to get refund from Booking.com since we had car trouble and only stayed one night instead of two.

Close walk to beach and boardwalk

Room was not cleaned properly- sand was on dresser, bathroom seemed dirty, handle came off of bathroom sink, no hot water for showering at one point, no clean towels available. Beds were extremely loud and squeaky.
