I felt like home, very cozy and pleasant to the eye. Was a wonderful experience, and I am eager to return as soon as possible. A lot of thanks to our host, such an exceptional woman. All my gratitude 🙏

Christina is the best host! Ever!

Exceptional welcoming and helpful host. Cristina made us feel at home, and even invited us (and another family staying in the next cottage) for a wonderful Easter Saturday lunch. She helps with any needs of the guests - food delivery, communication with excursion providers if needed, etc. Cristina has a sunny disposition, is fluent in French and speaks very good English. Very nicely decorated place, inside and out (in the common garden). It feels very cosy, homey and zen place. Relaxing music in the garden all day. Toys for children, bicycles on-site available for use as needed. An additional summer kitchen in the common area where coffee, tea, water and even the local 'palinka' is available for guests free of charge... Beautiful location on a small street that leads to the St. Gheorghe wild beach (about 20 min walk). From there another 10-15 min walk to the actual mouth of the Danube. Great local food, including Cristina's neighbour who can cook for the guests (amazing fish soup!!! and other dishes). A very good place to admire the wide variety of local birds and unique nature of the delta. The host is the key to the pleasantness of this magical place.

Avoid if looking for 5* hotel comfort - but it is obvious that this place is not advertised, nor priced as that. So there's really nothing to complain about :-)

This is the perfect place if you are looking for a quiet place in the middle of the nature. Everything is in good harmony with the nature. The wooden houses have all the comfort. After a short walk you will see really nice view of the sea and of the Danube Delta. Cristina, the owner, is an amazing person! Very friendly and helpful, showed her hospitality even before I have arrived, arranging my transfer with a boat. It is a very nice place.. like a home.. surrounded by water and birds..
