I first booked a low -budget double room, but when I arrived at the motel, the facilities were so poor that I couldn't live. So I upgraded the two stages and paid it in the field with the superior double room and moved the room. And I re -booked the Superior Double Room to extend the accommodation, but this motel gave me a lower class double room. I was looking at the Booking.com website to extend my stay, and when I found out that the room I was staying in was not the UAH 600 superior double room I had paid for, but a UAH 550 double room, I asked the motel to refund the difference because it was a lower class room. However, this motel refused to give me a refund and refused to change my room, and just left. I was so wronged that I called the police, and after the police came, they gave me a refund. Why didn't they give me a refund when I asked for it, and only gave me a refund when the police came? I was so angry. So I moved to another place today. I really hope this kind of place doesn't show up on Booking.com. It's horrible. I think there will be more victims like me. And the bedding in the room was so dirty, the chair was broken, and the soap shelf in the bathroom was broken. Never go this MOTEL, YOU CAN SUFFER THE SAME DAMAGE WITH ME...
