Clean Comfy beds Great location Very quiet

I loved how quiet it was location to the centre were all the restaurants and bars was only a couple of hundred yards away its like a big plaza with everything from spar supermarket and the shops you get your gifts , towels, pool inflatables.

There was a small strip along the beach the bars and restaurants closed by 10.30 or 11 maybe because it wasn't very busy as it was the end of April

The location is really privileged, super close to the airport, close to Puerto del Carmen, but at the same time, distant enough so that it is quiet.

I find it disturbing that we weren't able to communicate with local staff at any moment. After a long trip, we arrived at the property at 4pm and there was no one to receive us (apparently there's no one from 2pm, even though in 5 days I didn't see anyone in the reception booth). The instructions sent by email to access the premises were wrong and we were stuck outside. Out of 2 telephone numbers provided, one was also wrong (inexistent line) the other, no one answered. There was a Spanish mobile phone for "extreme emergencies" which was answered by a man that not only didn't speak Spanish but laughed at my face when I asked him about it. I happen to speak English, but my 75 year-old father doesn't, and he could have been in this situation. Last I checked, Lanzarote is still in Spain, I found it wildly inappropriate of a business located in Spain to laugh in the face of a Spanish client that asks to speak in Spanish. It's obvious that this is not a main concern of Salmarina Bungalow's, since maybe most of their clients are British. Still, I think that what I say is common sense.

If you like a quiet place to chill. This is the place for you.

Hi the complex is very good location and facilities are very good. The other holidays makers very very engaging and the complex lends itself to a friendly atmosphere. The on site staff and staff in office very very supportive and helpful.

The couch /bed in living room was very uncomfortable and needs to be brought up to standard as night were cold we spent a considerable amount of time in apartment at night. The beds were reasonable .

I love the location have been a few times before refurb loved the bungalow number 1 nice and sheltered for sun bathing did not see any staff but had no need to.on previous visits staff were very friendly Easy check in and out also like the locked gates

Great location. Staff were amazingly helpful.

The location was excellent . The complex was tidy and quiet. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Didn’t find anything to dislike.
