"We had a very lovely weekend, would love to stay again sometime."

10.0

Nice quiet place for a little getaway. Nicely decorated. Food and drinks available to purchase and can get it delivered to your tent. Short drive to villages such as Chipping Norton and other villages.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

"So glad I stayed somewhere a bit different!"

Beautiful location. Yurts are well positioned to give privacy. Everything was as described, comfortable and clean (including shared toilet/shower). The cooking facilities were great and the decor lovely.

"Nice quirky site"

9.0

Yurt yami was comfortable and spacious. The log burner was brilliant, and made it really warm in the yurt. Ensuite was also nice, with good water pressure and temperature. Situated in a small quiet village, with a nice walk that loops you around the village. We did this every morning They also run a little cafe onsite, we only had coffee but they were really nice and the food smelt good. Campsite goers are quiet and people are respectful. We would stay here again

Unfortunately on the Saturday night there was an event/concert in a neighbouring field with loud music blaring until past midnight. Not the camps fault but worth checking events as it was extremely loud and ruined the atmosphere. The camp does supply earplugs which we used to help drown the noise. Unfortunate as it was a pleasant stay otherwise

Very homely, bed was exceptionally comfortable and the location was blissful. Very quiet place, lovely overall stay

Only downside was no cooker/oven only a camping stove, but we managed!

"Just ok"

The yurt was cute but rustic, the fairy lights were nice and we liked the log burner.

No welcome of any kind. Next to Road, church bells tolling every 15 mins 24/7 so not very serene. issues with gas and running water, individual “properties” too close to one another and other campers.

We enjoyed our stay at the Little Dutch cabin. Inside, it was spacious enough for us. We stayed on a night when it was +12-13C and the cabin was surprisingly warm, we didn't need to use heating (there were 2 small heaters in the cabin and a wood stove). The cabin had a gas cooker (we asked the staff to show us how to use it, as it wasn't obvious), small fridge, and cutlery. The cabin has its own small terrace, and it was very nice to have breakfast there in the morning. The camping offered English breakfast at the weekend, nothing special but it was nice to have this option and they bring it to your door. The cabin has its own private toilet/shower behind it in the trees. Good shower pressure and there was plenty of hot water. Staff responded quickly in the chat. Late check in wasn't a problem, we didn't see anyone so it was more of a self check in (instructions were provided). You can buy a bag of logs and make a fire on the lawn, they provide the matches and fire starters. On a clear night, we could see many stars in the sky, it was very atmospheric and a nice break from the city. We'd like to stay again! Towels and shower gel are not provided, just remember to bring yours. The nearby church rings the bells every 15 mins, including during the night. However, the sound was less loud inside the cabin, so the church bells didn't prevent us from sleeping.
