"Lovely campsite and the bell tent was comfortable. But, I get the feeling that the owners have lost interest as the gene"

7.0

Peaceful. Comfy bed. Lots of firewood available. Picnic tables were handy.

The facilities could use some maintenance or upgrade. The church bells every 15 mins were a bit annoying.

"Different but very nice."

8.0

The quirky stay and the beauty of the area.

The constant church bells. One day they went on for 3 hours straight.

"Lovely glamping trip"

10.0

The Hawthorne bell tent we stayed at was so comfortable. The beds and pillows were really comfy and the tent comes with all the utensils, pots and pans etc that you’d need. I would probably recommend bringing your own though as the pan we had was a little burnt up. You can buy bags of logs on site for £5 but sadly these weren’t available on our first night so we ended up getting these somewhere else. Make sure you buy your own kindling and matches etc though as these aren’t provided. You also get given a key to the shared bathroom (which we luckily had to ourselves as the other two units we shared this with weren’t booked) and the shower was very powerful and hot. The only thing is it is a few minutes walk from this tent so if you need a wee in the night it may be tricky. The shared facilities of a fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster were also great and are right next to the bathroom. The tent also comes with a portable stove, just make sure you bring some gas cans if you plan to cook a lot. I would also really recommended looking up the sky at night - the stars are so bright here as there is hardly any light pollution, it really made out trip so magical

This was the first time in a Yurt. The description was as described. The fire was great - it kept the Yurt lovely and cosy.

"It was just amazing! I highly recommend this place for anyone that just needs some time out."

Went there with a friend for a few days break. One of the best places i've ever stayed. Beautiful, relaxing and very tranquile. Will plan to go back with my husband

Check in was a little confusing. When I called the numbers provided, no one answered. But I did find someone in the bigger house who showed us the Yurt

"Lovely and peaceful place to go and chill out for a weekend"

7.0

Bed was super comfy and area in general was nice!!

Instructions to get to it aren’t the clearest, and we thought all the yurts were the same but Yurt Yara was much nicer inside, would book for that one next time x

"yummy yami yurt"

9.0

quirky but quaint, clean and adequately equipped. Nice bathroom attached, good shower. we really enjoyed the stay. we stayed here as it is within walking distance of the Cotswolds Distillery, a must visit local attraction. no drinking and driving, excellent. only unit with an ensuite bathroom, well worth it.

nothing.
