Il Villaggio si trova proprio lungolago e risulta tranquillo e pulito, anche se ci sono cani. Le auto o moto non circolano all'interno del Villaggio, quindi meno disturbo e più sicurezza per chi ha bambini.

La spiaggetta che ovviamente nel periodo di ferragosto è presa d'assalto, ma questo era scontato., però il Villaggio mette a disposizione una zona nel verde proprio accanto il passaggio lungolago.
