Apart Hotel Ravda

Approached the owner about the uncleanliness of the room (dirt, wrappings left from previous guests, ants all over the floor, lots of sand in the bathroom etc) and was met with a very rude and defensive response. Was pretty much told that if I don’t like it I can leave, was refused a proper refund for the nights we weren’t going to be staying because the owner “had already paid tax on it”. He was also very rude about one of my friends, personally attacking him over wearing a tshirt that covered half of his shorts - the owner of the hotel thought he was wearing a dress and that was apparently cause for very great concern. Overall, extremely rude and unhelpful owner, the room was obviously not cleaned properly, no accountability was taken at all and after the abrupt and aggressive reaction by the owner when I asked about it I didn’t feel safe staying there anymore.

Convenient location, very central. Air conditioning, washing machine, good size balcony

It advertises free parking. There is no parking, a spot is allocated on the main street which obscures traffic. We had a very unpleasant encounter with a driver who shouted at us for parking in the allocated spot because everyone parks everywhere. There is actually no parking and this is very inconvenient. There is no reception as such, there is no one to greet you, we had to look for the hotel owner who appeared from somewhere and gave us keys and took payment. There is a very loud restaurant underneath the hotel with live music which goes on until 11 at night. One of the days while our children slept, somebody entered the apartment and took garbage out, I presume the cleaning lady.

Большой номер, холодильник, чайник ,большая удобная кровать .Не прокуренный. Рядом кафе, до пляжа минут 5.
