"Quiet Place with good hiking"

We chose buellsPort as the first stop on our Namibia round trip and really enjoyed it. We didn’t expect too much but really loved the food. Both nights we got served a multi-course home cooked meal utilising game meat and local vegetables. The private hiking paths are really well maintained and set in a beautiful landscape. We also enjoyed the drive towards sossusvlei from buellsport which is in much better condition than the standard tourist route.

"Superb"

A beautiful oasis. Large bedroom, comfortable bed and spacious shower and washing area. Excellent vegetarian food. Relaxed atmosphere. You can walk from the lodge on clearly marked paths. This provides an insight into the rugged yet barren terrain.

It’s not easy to get to. 2.5 hours driving on gravel once you leave the main paved road. Most lodges in this part of Namibia are located off gravel roads.

All the team were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The hikes were very well laid out and easy to follow. All the food much of it produced on the farm was good quality and delicious. Thank you for a lovely stay

"Very good"

The kids loved playing with the dogs and the horse cart ride, very friendly staff, good food incl. coffee and cake, the large rooms.

Compared to other lodges more expensive. Due to the very dry rain season there were no mountain zebras to be seen in the lower parts of the mountain zebra park.
