Le calme, bien situé proximité du centre ville et la disposition des appartements sans vis a vis et logement PMR très bien conçu. Très propre ensemble bien entretenu, très bon acceuil et surtout parking sécurisé portail électrique.

Un petit bémol la télévision est beaucoup trop petite pour la grandeur de la pièce et le confort du lit gigogne qui sert de canapé pas le meilleur confort pour des personnes de 75 ans.

Emplacement, le calme,la propreté du lieu, une très belle piscine, bien entretenue et le logement bien équipé.

Tout était parfait, il n'aurait que la literie à améliorer et quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires. Il faudrait encore une notice explicative pour l'utilisation de la climatisation.

A trois pour un appartement pour six, nous étions donc au large. Beaucoup de rangements. Literie confortable. Climatisation appréciée. La petite cour très fonctionnelle pour manger en extérieur. Personnel très aimable et réactif.

A prévoir un petit dépoussiérage des dessus de meubles ainsi qu'une chasse aux toiles d'araignée ! Ajouter les modes d'emploi du four combiné et du lave-vaisselle. Les noms des programmes sont effacés.
