Please note in case of late arrival (outside reception opening hours): please notify the residence reception, whose contact details are on your booking confirmation. You can also indicate this information in the "Special Requests" section when you call. For stays of 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning is included, except for the kitchen and dishes. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are not included but can be added as an option after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area. Pets are allowed (1 max./accommodation) for an additional fee (€12/day and €65/week). This option can be added after booking via the Vacancéole Customer Area. All bathers must wear swimwear (traditional swim briefs, one or two-piece swimsuit). For hygiene reasons, long wetsuits, swimming shorts, and more generally all loose clothing, are prohibited. The pool area is prohibited for people dressed other than in the swimsuits mentioned above. For group bookings (5 or more accommodations), specific group conditions apply: full prepayment at the time of booking and free cancellation up to 42 days prior to arrival.Please contact us. A photo ID and credit card will be required upon check-in. A €300 credit card imprint is required upon arrival as a security deposit and will be released after your stay, provided the accommodation is left in good condition (as per the inventory).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
