"Non flexibility"

Was supposed to be 5nights. 3to8 march. With cyclone warnings in place asking visitors to leave. We made the decision with heavy hearts and packed. 11 hrs in total from home within 2 days. Expensive for 3 cars. We spoke to agent. Will not reschedule or reimburse our part payment.as policies in place. Very disappointed in agent s non flexibility. My birthday washed out
