The communication from the WelcomeReady team was impeccable. The check in process was straightforward. The unit was in a great location and very spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

It would be good to have more than one set of keys.

The property was everything we expected plus so much more. The views are amazing, and everything has been thought of inside to make this a memorable family holiday. The kitchen amenities have everything you need for cooking, and the pod coffee machine is fantastic. The bedrooms are excellent as are the bathrooms which have toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). The living area and decks are brilliant for relaxing and spending time soaking up the views. The location is great, easy access to Kings beach and happy valley, and close to the main Street. Thank you so much.

The apartment is enormous, and enormously comfortable - light, bright and clean, with views over the coast and every convenience you could need, from an iron and ironing board to a Nespresso machine. Parking is easy (for a small to mid size vehicle) in the secure carpark. The apartment is easy walking distance from shops, and cafes. The beds are excellent and the hosts even provide beach towels.

Light, bright, spacious and clean - luxury living great value. We would love to return.

Great location and views, A large apartment with plenty of room. Beds were very confortable. Ceiling fans were essential.

Given the very high price we paid, the property is in relatively poor condution. Mouldy bedroom blinds, rusted window screens and instructions to not open the back door which is essential to get cross ventilation, given there is no air conditioning. Our previous holiday rentals have had great amenity and location and in much better condition for half the price. There was only one key with a lock box at the Canberra Tce entrance but inconvenient if you were returning to Melrose Parade enteance. Time the building got code access.

Great amount of space to cater for everyone’s needs. The view was amazing! We saw whales all day, everyday (in October). The kitchen is fully stocked for everything you will need while away. They have thought of everything! It is literally like being at home 🩷

The blinds in the bedrooms aren’t blockout so unfortunately the sun comes in very early. We also had construction going on around us (which can’t be helped) but was a little noisey.
