Quality of the facility, in room experience, location & its proximity to the beach.

They should be transparent in stating their check in policy, as they responded to erly check in request stating if room is available they will consider but actually when we landed there they wanted 10 MYR per hr of early check in . Their check in is pretty late 3 pm & check out is 12.. Its not the extra charge but their transparency in stating the same upfront.. is the issue. Anyway we could keep the luggage at reception and use common wash room while we waited ..

Good location - 5 minute walk from Cenang Staff were pleasant and welcoming - always friendly and smiling. Balcony areas both in the room and outside in communal areas were really nice and good for sunbathing and a nice view. Bed was comfy and easy to sleep in

Rooms need a safe to lock away valuables. Leaves you with a difficult decision to either hide valuables or take them with you every time you leave the room (also a risk and quite stressful)

The location is good in pentai Cenang but a little walk to the Main Street. We really liked how quiet Grand village in was! The room was very comfortable with good internet. And the price was fair for what we got :)

We had a very pleasant stay in Grand Village, very clean and very comfortable large bed. Just a 5 minute walk to town which made it nice and peaceful for sleeping. The staff were amazing, kind and helpful for everything you needed. Small swimming pool also if you need to get away from the beach.

Just to say that the road leading into the property needs doing but because it’s a new building I’m sure it’s something that needs finishing
