Clock wasn't working. Battery corroded. Had to replace it.

The location was excellent and how centeral it is to everything.good quiet block of units.

There was no air con.furniture was a little out dated.needs more lounges or arm chairs in the lounge room.no chairs outside to sit on whilst smoking or ash trays to put cigarette buts in.could be present better with a few little touches to make it more homely.needs pot holders or something to grab hot food out of the oven.needs iron so people can iron their clothes.
