"Ward's Holiday Flats, S.W.Rocks"

very conveniently close to beaches & cafes.

No air conditioning: inside the flat would be horribly hot in heatwaves & temperatures over 30°C, despite ceiling fans. Very early morning: noisy delivery trucks to shops opposite & garbage collections trucks. Website needs updating: says linen, towels, toilet paper, teatowels, dish washing detergent, etc NOT SUPPLIED but they were. So my little car was loaded with unneeded supplies.

"The place is in a great location but the unit needs fixing and the smell inside is awful."

Close to beach

The stench in the unit was awful. Dead cockroaches on kitchen bench, a brocken screen door that kept banging in the wind and a broken window lock in the living room made the place feel unsafe and uncomfortable. Agent offered to have workman come and fix things but we chose to leave after a few days instead.
