Great position: A 2 minute walk to the centre of town for shopping and cafes.. 3 minute walk to the beach. North facing balcony to enjoy the morning and afternoon sun. Open kitchen and living area. The kitchen had everything you'd need.Lock up garage was handy too.

Two things that stood out was the main bed. It's quite hard and not very comfortable. The other thing is the outdoor furniture. Could probably do with replacing. It's old and perishing.

The location is great. Staff were professional and polite.

Needs some TLC, very dated, beds uncomfortable. Appliances not working. Needs a good clean

I liked the position, particularly having a north and east facing balcony. The unit was very clean and had everything in it that you'd need. Comfortable bed and a good sized TV in the living area. The lock up garage was an added bonus.

Only one thing stood out and that was the stairwell. It was quite smelly and needed a good clean. Maybe a bedside light too. I'm a reader and the extra light would have been great.
