Service lamentable. J’ai confié un t-shirt de surf tout neuf au service de blanchisserie : il a disparu. On m’a fait attendre, puis encore attendre… et maintenant plus aucun retour. Aucune solution proposée, aucun remboursement, silence total. Manque de sérieux, manque de respect pour les clients. Passez votre chemin.

the hotel is in a nice location with a lovley pool and really nice staff.

i could smell the person who had stayed in the room before on the pillows, they definitely had not been cleaned so that was a little gross. there's also lots of gaps in the doors and windows so the room was full of bugs and we woke up with a very large amount of bites.
