Clean. Very nice staff. Close to beach and boardwalk. Quiet at night.

It’s a typical shore motel. Not five star but well maintained.

🔥🔥🔥 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ AMAZING!!! This is one of the greatest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! The only thing greater than their quality of service is their content of character. Their hospitality was warming, the cleanliness was outstanding, and the experience was unforgettable. We were treated like royalty, they called us by name, and made us feel that the whole motel was ours. One block from the beach and the beginning of the boardwalk. Deli and ice cream shop across the street. Perfect location. The pool is clean, clear and comfortable. The first day we stayed at the pool all day. They play 50’s/60’s music to fit the doo-wop/mid century modern retro-futurism of the hotel. And, they have speakers in the rooms that play the same music as outside. We felt like we were in a time capsule of yesteryear, where things were slower and pleasant. We booked another stay before we even left. It is everything you want from a vacation motel, and MORE! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

the aesthetic and music

-Super easy parking. It was spacious, a lot of parking lots available. -Charming style and design of the motel. Its colors and music will make you very happy. -A beautiful and clean swimming pool. -Friendly stuff. -Location is fantastic. Very close to the beach and boardwalk. -A clean cozy room and a great water pressure. -AC was working great. -Clean smell in the room. -Nice and soft towels. -It’s a family place. There were young children with parents and we felt very safe. -Nobody was smoking around. Made us super happy!

I will mention small things, that didn’t affect our stay. -Some rust and mold on the bathroom tiles. -A bathroom faucet was leaking. -You need to apply some force to open and close bathroom faucets. -Toilet is shaking when you sit and stand up. -Water doesn’t go down fast when you taking a shower. -My daughter said that in her opinion the mattress and the pillows are too hard. -When we came to the bathroom it was someone’s hair in the tub.

For Breakfast I went to my usual places, Uncle Bills and Surfside West .Both were delicious as always. Surfside West is owned by the son (Michael) of the owner (Tommy John) of the Surfside Restaurant (1963-2002?) that was located across the street from the motel. That building is now the Doo Wop museum

All was great as usual. Even the (long) walk on the beach to the water was made easier with the board walkway. The beach is long no matter where you stay
