Valid driver license with valid credit card require, an adult for booking purposes, guest are between the ages of 21 and 25 can book as long as there is only one couple per unit and a security deposit maybe applied, if there is a group of people that are not a couple or a family then they all must be over the age of 25 and security deposit maybe applied. Misrepresentation of age will result in cancellation of reservation with no refund. No visitor allowed, THE CARIBBEAN MOTEL Is not responsible for items lost or left behind. Damage to rooms , excess cleaning, missing items or smoking in rooms will result in additional charges to credit card on file. No pets allowed, no bike in rooms, Parking is limited to one space per room, no oversize vehicle parking is unavailable. Please, we will be adding 2.50% credit card processing fees added to final price. ThanksGuests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
