The set up of the site was amazing. It was very easy to warm the yurt up with the fire and the hot tub was lovely too.

The only thing that was a negative was that a lot of the facilities you did have to pay extra for but this is also well stated beforehand.

communication from the staff was second to none. the accommodation was lovely and cosy and it was very neat and tidy.

the yurt didn't have its own toilet but this is to be half expected with a yurt. a toilet closer by would have been nice.

1st experience glamping and site was lovely great hot tub and yurt hard to compare when 1st but overall very good

The yurt inside was absolutely exquisite, all the little details and thought that has gone into it is incredible. The log burner hot tub had jacuzzi jets which was amazing. As well as a log burner inside the yurt which kept us very warm in November.

The toilets are beautiful, if only they could be closer to the yurts as getting up in the night proved a pain.

This 2 night stay was a surprise visit. When entering we had to give a credit card but we didn’t know this and I had no money left on it 😂I was worried they wouldn’t let us stay but they were fine about it I got some cash on my card and was able to sort this later in the evening. As this was a surprise we really wanted to have the best relaxing time and have a massage. Didn’t know you had to book in advance but talking to the lovely staff they arranged it for the next day all out of work hours when they should have been relaxing . This for me was why I will go back time and time again and with my family and dog. Truly 5 stars well worth it.

Very cosy and comfortable.

No oven, maybe worth getting some air fryers for the yurts for people to cook a wider variety of foods.
