Very poor quality of the water, room. We wait hour and half for the food st the restaurant. The heating system was not working at the room.

We came to hotel on Friday 28th July 2023 at 7 pm but it was closed. I called to phone No from reservation and they said that our reservation was cancelled. I was shocked. They sent us cancellation email the same day 6 hours ago. We didn't have connection to internet so we had no chance to receive this information. The woman on the phone sent us to different hotel which was twice as expensive as Ardo Hill Hotel. Very bad experience. Never again Ardo Hill hotel.
