Great spot - wonderful staff and food!

Could use an upgrade to soft furnishings in particular new and bigger towels.

We arrived late and Jabu was an absolute legend with organizing a meal.The service was excellent, the chalets we clean comfortable and well equipped.The landscape was beautiful, the rock dassies were very interesting to watch.

Road to the property was better than I feared. The general environment and meals were exactly what I hoped for.

The light in the shower was not working well. The shower was not draining fast enough so there was a build up of water.

What a beautiful location and the staff could not have been more helpful going above and beyond at every turn from lending us a phone to make a call to serving us breakfast when we were a little late. The manager and team really treated us like stars and we felt it was The food was fabulous especially the steaks cooked to perfection. The beds were very comfortable and the facilities spot on Seeing Giraffe and impala’s was fabulous.. so majestic as well as other wild life

Sad that the recent lack of water had meant that some of the animals on the ranch had died. Climate change is chilling seen first hand. A Bore hole that’s a backup to the lake sounds like a great solution… but I know nothing of these things so could be wild suggestion
