Crescent Beach Motel

Our room opened right on to the beach and you could hear the waves crashing on shore! We slept with windows open and even tho no AC had to close then during the night because it got so cold. Bed was comfortable and staff very pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

That it was right on the beach.

Right off highway and on beautiful beach. The property was clean, convenient and comfortable. Staff were nice and attentive, good complimentary coffee….walking on the beach in the morning with coffee in-hand was wonderful. Picked up some treasures on the beach.

The property was a little dated BUT overall couldn’t beat the convenience and price! Just needed a clean place to spend the night on our way back to California.

This place is awesome. The rooms are decorated with a very retro beach theme, they have vinyl flooring instead of carpet (yay no hotel carpet), everything is clean and tidy, the room had plenty of space, the office folks were extremely friendly and helpful, the lobby has complimentary snacks, fruit, coffee, sodas, and more, they're pet friendly, and the room opens onto a deck with Adirondack chairs, covered in seashells, literally on the beach. Waking up and walking out onto the sand to go for a walk was incredible. Plus, it's the only building there, so it's not crowded or congested. It was an amazing stay at an amazing rate.

These are small things: The beds and pillows are definitely not luxury - they are pretty clearly inexpensive bulk items. But hey, they're clean and cute and do the job. Parking could use a few more spaces, it was quite filled up. The bathrooms could do with an update; they feel like the original fixtures but it was clean and worked fine. Overall, one of the favorite places I've stayed due to hospitality and location, location, location.

The location was right on the beach, and when the sliders were open the sound of the waves and sight of the sea was fabulous. There was also a beautiful breeze. (It is the only motel/hotel in town right on the beach).The room was very clean, and the staff went out of their way to allow us an early check-in time so we could refrigerate our food.

Unfortunately, the hotel is not air conditioned and it was an exceptionally hot day for the area. While we slept very well at night when the temperatures dropped, my husband was tired after driving all day and needed to rest in the afternoon. We were unable to get good airflow in the room without opening it all up, which would have compromised his privacy.. It got very stuffy.

This place felt like a home on the ocean, not your ordinary hotel stay. If I could I would live here! So beautiful, updated, and gorgeous.
