Le personnel était sympa et serviable , accueillant et la chambre était mignonne . Le bar de la plage était mon endroit préféré car personnel super cool, verre super bon et prix abordable

La chambre n’était presque jamais nettoyée correctement pendant le séjour : plus de papier toilette à la fin, pas de vraie remise en ordre, etc. Ensuite, j’ai eu une grosse réaction cutanée après avoir été mordue/piquée par des tomcat dans le lit, avec plein de plaques sur le corps. Quand on leur a montré le problème, personne ne nous a directement proposé de changer les draps ou de vraiment nettoyer la chambre , alors que c’était la première chose à faire. Heureusement qu’une autre personne nous l’a conseillé après. En plus de ça, on a eu un souci avec la location de scooter : un prix nous avait été annoncé au départ, on a payé ce prix, puis à la fin ils ont essayé de nous demander plus. Finalement on n’a pas repayé, mais ce genre de situation est quand même gênant, surtout dans un moment où on utilisait justement le scooter pour aller à la pharmacie à cause des problèmes de peau. Bref, assez déçue de l’hygiène et de la gestion des problèmes pendant le séjour.

The property was quiet, a few steps from the beach. The garden is beautiful with big trees.

The houses and the pool (on the bottom the tiles are broken) need some maintenance. Ex. Taps, toilet seats, the door was very noisy just a bit of oil would help.

Bit far out of the centre, and breakfast was not worth the price

Perfect hidden forest gem on Gili T. Excellent value for your money. Wonderful beach front location with gilibong sunset bar across the road. Reef snorkelling a few steps from your door. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming.

Friendly staff, great room with outside seating, fantastic location - you can hire snorkels from outside and see turtles and a huge reef right next to the hotel, can hire bikes and electric scooters from the hotel too

Nem felet meg részünkre a szállás, ezért vissza szerettük volna mondani a szobákat, de visszatérítésre már nem volt lehetőség. Végül más szállás mellett döntöttünk.
