Location

No hot water and zero pressure, a dribble at best some times. A dirty shower curtain over the window in the bathroom area, no daily room service and had to ask for more toilet paper. The main bedroom had an ill fitted curtain on the one small window and the room was very dark with gecko poo scattered around the floor, aircon was dirty but worked ok. The pool was missing many tiles, did have clean water but had only one lounger and one table that I had to request be cleaned, bird and bug poo all over both lounger and table an had been like this for a good time as far as I could see, there were mozzies but staff did put a coil by the door nightly.

L’hygiène reste à revoir: pas de nettoyage de chambre alors que nous sommes restés 4jours, tout est ouvert donc les moustiques sont bien présent malgré le fait qu’il y ait une moustiquaire.

Kamar ukuran besar dan masih banyak pepohonan sehingga masih adem dan jauh dari keramaian membuat istirahat sangat tenang.

Kamar sudah tua dan perlu di renovasi. Terutama water closed harus di ganti karena kotor dan berkerak. Kolam renang lantai keramik pecah sehingga berbahaya.

Absolutely loved this location a perfect escape. The room and bathroom were huge i especially loved the balcony looking out into the gardens and the design of the doors and room. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Emplacement situé au calme de Gili T avec une joli plage de sable blanc juste devant l’hôtel pour aller faire du snorkeling et admirer les tortues.

Great akces to diving snoorking.

The room I had was massive, as was the bed, you could sleep 4 in it easily! with great a/c, walk through dressing area to a lovely warm shower area. Lovely seating area/veranda in front to relax on. A great position if you want to be in a quiet area away from the partying, but only a 20-minute walk to the town centre. The staff were really friendly, the pool was clean except the leaves constantly falling from the trees which can not be helped. Maybe starting to show signs of age, but I would call it more settling in and maturing gracefully! I didn't want to leave. I can only speak for the room I had, but I can not understand why it has not gotten a higher rating.

If I was being user critical, they need to get the card machine fixed so you don't have to pay cash.
