There is a bell which goes off every hour, even at night

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. It was quiet and peaceful.

There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and everything got very wet after a shower. The toilet was dirty, the bathtub and sink were old and stained. There were cobwebs on the ceiling. The pillows were so thick that they were useless.

Maybe the best place in the city of Tryavna. The breakfast was great with an excellent service provided by lady named Tzarina

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The place is the best in the city, but the hotel part is under all criticism. With a temperature of 38 degrees, there was no breathing and no air in the rooms. There wasn't even a fan to provide any ventilation. The pillows were disgusting, the beds were super uncomfortable, the fridge was put in a place with no outlet to plug in, the bathroom had a blocked drain and all the water pooled on the floor, disgusting situation, there was no handrail to our floor and going down the stairs was dangerous. Our sleep given the temperature in the room was more than nightmarish. I would not repeat and would not recommend to anyone a stay at this "hotel" I am really sorry about the the nice and unmaintained base.

Great atmosphere, architecture and location

The location was ideal, right in the center of town.

The room was very unique but it didn't have an AC and we had to keep the windows open all night. Unfortunately, the hotel houses a restaurant with outdoor tables right beneath and there were customers past 12 am. This made it very loud and we couldn't fall asleep until 2 am. We tried closing the windows but it was 35 degrees Celsius outside and inside so this didn't work either.

A nice place, but with some specials like no air-conditioning, no fridge and with the hourly bell-rings from opposite church even at night.
