The accommodation was clean and well-maintained. Bed linen was provided, but towels were not included, which we were informed about in advance. The kitchen area was fully equipped and we had no complaints. The studio was warm, with central heating, although the temperature was sometimes reduced during the day and night. There were many activities available for both children and adults, and a variety of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient.

It would be helpful to provide more information for guests who want to use the spa and swimming pool. Unfortunately, the staff responsible for the spa area did not speak English or German, which made communication very difficult. It was also hard to understand what facilities were available in the spa (for example, how many saunas there were and what exactly was included).

Die Handtücher muss man selber mitbringen oder extra dafür zahlen. Es fehlen in der Küche einen Toaster und einen Korkenzieher

Lokalita byla super, byt uklizený a čistý. V zimě topení super - bylo nám teplo. Koupelna je velká, jen chybí nějaké poličky na odložení věcí.

Nelíbily se mi postele, které byly na kolečkách, takže v noci ujížděly. Zároveň byly postele dost měkké, ale zas tak strašné to nebylo. Dále se mi nelíbilo to, že když jsme přišli, museli jsme si sami povléct postele - řekla bych, že v dnešní době je samozřejmé, že na hotelu jsou již postele povlečené. A další věcí je, že na ubytování nám neposkytli ručníky - prý, že přes Booking se nedávají - to už mi také přijde jako samozřejmost. Také na ubytování nebyly utěrky nebo například sůl a koření, které se již také běžně dává.

Räumdienst für Schnee/eis/Parkplätze, für 4 Personen eine Miete von Handtücher vor Ort von über 50 Euro? Fahrt in die nächste größere Stadt, es gibt genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 30 min Entfernung … da habt ihr was gutes gesehen und könnt es für die Hälfte einkaufen. Außerdem die enormen Nutzungspreise für 3 Stunden schwimmen gehen. Beworben wird das Areal mit Schwimmbad. Es ist alles arg überteuert. 25 min weiter findet ihr ein großes Wellness/freizeit/erlebnisbad nach Österreich…

Всегда одни стандарты , молодцы . Цена =качество . Комфортно . Есть все что нужно кроме продуктов 😂. Есть постельное несколько наборов для душа гель и мыло, шампунь , набрр в кухне для посуды тоже - порадовал . Полотенце для ног у душа . Чистота на высоте , чистое постельное, зимой в номерах тепло .

Единственное чего нет это полотенца , стоимость 8 евро маленькое и большое на рецепции
