Clean, great location, a bit smaller than on photos but wasn’t a problem, It was really quiet compared to what we prepared ourselves to after reading other reviews about the clubs noise, upper floor is definitely a better choice:) strongly advise 👍

Simply amazing accommodation in the heart of Ayia Napa, many young people who are interested in clubbing would kill to stay so close to the city center. Ayia Napa Monastery bus stop is at 3 minutes walking distance from the building, which allowed us to get anywhere we wanted in Famagusta region and not only. In the area there are lots of great restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops, bars and clubs. Even though I read the reviews of people complaining about the noise at night, to be honest the noise wasn’t that bad (from a person living in a rural peaceful area), the apartment seemed well isolated, we encountered no problems to get asleep despite having history with insomnia. The apartment was squeaky clean, the cleaning ensured was excellent and we had everything we might’ve need: a wardrobe, a kitchenette with a frappe maker, toaster, kettle, all types of cutlery, plates, different types of glasses and cups, fridge, sink, which made our stay easy as we bought fruits and snacks to eat inside. The bathroom was big and despite the lack of natural light in the bathroom, the lighting from the mirror was perfect. We appreciated that the host let us cold water when we got to the apartment and that she ensured we had a smooth self check-in because we arrived after midnight. Everything in the room seemed almost new and really clean, the terrace was great, especially because of the obscure glass that helped us keeping privacy, as we had a ground floor apartment and people were passing on the street. The host was an amazing person, very kind, extremely helpful and attentive, always communicating with us, helping us with any inconveniences. I also appreciated the late check-out in comparison with some other properties, we were able to do the check-out up to 11.30. The quality price ratio was insanely good for the location in the middle of the summer. I loved the place and I am so happy I called it home for 8 amazing days in Ayia Napa.

The hosts were very nice, friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and cozy. Also great location. Would definitely recommend staying there!

Everything was really nice, the staff people were really helpful. Location is amazing, it's near bust station which can take you to basically any beach or place there is. Lot's of shops, bars are nearby and we didnt hear a thing! Worth every penny.
