The fridge was very dirty. The apartment could be cleaner. But overall it was a good experience

The location, the restaurant.

Don't go there! The room was utterly dirty, the sheets were smelling bad, the walls were cracked and pieces of the ceiling were fallen, the bathroom was the dirtiest we have ever seen, threpillows were like sacks of potatoes, impossible to sleep on, the toilet was broken and the bathroom door was a sliding thin piece of cardboard, zero intimacy. When we got there, there was a cat locked inside, and by the sound of her meawoing, she was in for quite some time, as she sounded desperate. The big surprise was her fieces on the bathroom floor and the smell of cat urine that was unbearable. We tried to clean the place with hot water from the shower but no succes. The worst part is yet to come. When we have arrived, the insect screen on the bedroom window was open, as well was the window. Shorlty after we went to sleep, the mosquitos started buzzing around us. We hunted down about 12 mosquitos, one by one, with each one hoping that it was the last, we couldn't sleep all night, until the sun came up, when they stopped flying and we could finally go to sleep for a few hours, until noon. Our weekend was ruined. We woke up, packed our bags and left the place, but not until we spoke to the owner and received the money for the second night.

Lovely apartment. Equipped with everything you need. Great location. Amazing view. You have the feeling that the sea is at your feet. The restaurant Shatra next door offers very tasty food and good wine.

Not interacting directly with a person upon reception was best for us, as we love self check-ins (maybe not for everyone, so I thought I mentioned it). The comunication via booking is OKish. The view from the restaurant/yard is amazing, as many places on the sea shore of Bulgaria (probably not the best from the balcony of this property, though... of course you can see the sea, but... see the negatives). The fact that it accepts pets is a plus, but the initial response regarding the pet didn't seem like they were actually 'pet friendly', just 'pet acceptants'.. sort of.. Really, for any pluses there are 2 or 3 minuses, unfortunately..

As other people mentioned, it was true for us as well, regarding our impression regarding the state of the apartment, like: the toilet didn't seem properly cleaned and disinfected to me...I saw hairs and dirt on the toilet seat in places you look for to see if it's trully cleaned; the walls need recoating and repaint in some places. The view from the balcony is mostly obscured by the yard and restaurant, as it is not on a high level. Chairs on the balcony not comfortable, so both these reasons don't encourage spending much time there. We woke up to the sound of our neighbour's family on the lower level, who had the 'balcony' right under our bedroom window. So when they talk, feels like they are in the room with you. The second night there was a party at the restaurant, like a wedding, with a band, microphone entertainer, loud music, until very late in the night. It was horrible! If you want a quiet holiday, this is NOT the place to be, although it seems so private and secluded... For me, the matress was horrible, I had trouble sleeping, although my husband didn't have the same problem (so it may different to each person or the no. of nights spent on it) - I preffer high quality, but harder matresses. In this one you sink where you are most heavy, like your waist, so you always end up in a slight V shape, no matter what side you sleep on. We did not need to cook, except to make a tea, so I don't know about the apliances. The pipe smell in the bathroom is the same (bad) as in most places on Bulgarian sea shore... bad/poor plumbing, I assume. Despite the beautiful sea shore that Bulgaria has, the buildings and cleaning services is always bad, unless you pay some good money. And I would say this place is cheap, but is is definately only for the mother nature, not the services...

The apartment is just amazing! It's pet-friendly and has everything you need for your stay, including a private parking spot. The view, pool, and restaurant are also great, and the host was very, very nice – there was wine and beautiful flowers on the table. Totally recommended!

The sofa from the living is too small and quite uncomfortable. The kitchen was not having any kettle or pot.
