Ab 18 Uhr war kein Ansprechpartner mehr da. Es gab nur kalte Getränke bis 22 Uhr. Danach wurde. der Raum aromatisch verschlossen. Unter den Namen „Hotel“ hatte ich eine andere Vorstellung.

The location of the Hotel was excellent; very close to the centre of Kochem and in walking distance from the castle. The staff was very polite and helpful

The parking was too small and I was not allowed to park my SUV car there. The rooms (2-beds) were much smaller than the average rooms that we find on other Hotels at similar price. The variety of the breakfast was limited.

Wat een fantastische Hotel! Super vriendelijk personeel! Ontbijt was heerlijk met ruime keuze! een ongelooflijk mooie kamer met goede bedden en zeer hygiënisch! Wij komen zeker terug! ❤️
