Het appartement is te warm in de zomer. We konden de ramen in de woonkamer niet openzetten.

Netflix and other channels available, operational wifi, warm water and good shower, excellent window blinds, nice deck for a sunny day and adults, good location if you travel by car, Bolt services available to this location, nice neighbourhood, spacious apartment, good pillows, overall a clean place, freezer box in the fridge, new pots and pans and excellent stove if you're into cooking, clean and soft towels and plenty of them, old-fashioned decor which some might appreciate, safe parking inside a fenced yard.

Extremely hot indoors (close to 30C throughout our stay), even if it was just mid-April with rain and cold weather outdoors. Tried to keep the windows open, but nothing helped. The heat kept us awake at night. Can't imagine how the place would work without air-conditioning during Summer time. The stairs are very demanding and the deck is not safe if you'd be travelling with kids (missing rails, etc.). Had we known how the stairs are which must be used to get to the appartment, we would have not chosen this place. There's also a danger of hitting one's head while going down the stairs (low support structure). Very hard bed which some might find nice. For our taste was way too hard. Some sort of stink in the kitchenette area, like sewerage? Didn't go away during the 3 days we stayed. Water kettle was rusty, couldn't use it. Huge disapointment first that the fire place was out of order (apparently thanks to some tenants before us misusing it), but then again with the room temperature so high, perhaps it was for the best. Water stays high on the deck when it rains, causing feet and even trousers to wet when going in and out. The owners live downstairs which some might find adding safety. Very expensive in comparison to other places available in the city.

Cozy, tidy, apartment- fireplace, all thought of. The apartment is on the second floor of the private house, but we felt absolutely private and at home :). The owners are helpful- we needed extra bed, they provided it for no charge. And - big plus - place is pet friendly:).

The staircase to the apartment is quite steep and twisted, so it is not very convenient for people with little children, or with heavy suitcases, or elderly people- it is something that you need to know in advance:). It is not extreme stairs , but a bit o a challenge so to say :). All beds are in the same room (but it is all clearly shown in pictures). It's a bit far from the centre, but if you have a car, that causes no problems at all.

Ferretti bedding, Peri mugs, the whole apartment full of different art, a large terrace, etc. Very nice experience

Cozy and clean apartments in the private house. The owners live in the same building, but there are so good privacy conditions. Good sound insultaiuon. All things and accessories, that need for a cozy and comfortable staying. Possibility to stay with pets.
